An Australia Army vehicle worth $74,000 has gone missing after being painted with camouflage.

CBP is currently launching a new set of MSC to better reflect and address the supply chain security landscape today. The MSC will roll-out from Oct 2018 through Sept 2019 and will be categorized under three overarching areas of focus: Corporate Security, People and Physical Security, and Transportation Security.
The new MSC includes requirements (“musts”) and recommendations (“shoulds”) on cybersecurity, the protection of the supply chain from agricultural contaminants, the prevention of trade-based money laundering and terrorist financing, and the use of security technology – including cameras and intrusion alarms. There are also stronger security requirements for cargo containers, as they move through the land border environment.
When an entity joins CTPAT, an agreement is made to work with CBP to protect the supply chain, identify security gaps, and implement specific security measures and best practices. Applicants must address a broad range of security topics and present security profiles that list action plans to align security throughout the supply chain.CTPAT members are considered to be of low risk, and are therefore less likely to be examined at a U.S. port of entry.

These benefits have increased over the years as the CTPAT program and its partnerships have grown. We expect this trend will continue when we release the new MSC.
